Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears. You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via tracked carrier. Standard shipping is $12 flat. Orders over $150 ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout where supported.

Packaging

Lyophilized compounds are shipped in tamper-evident research vials with temperature-stable packaging to preserve integrity in transit. Upon receipt, store per laboratory best practices (typically −20°C, sealed, protected from light).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at research@solarepeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Returns

Due to the research-grade nature of these compounds, opened or undamaged correctly-shipped products are non-returnable to ensure chain-of-custody integrity for all customers. Refunds are issued only for QC failures, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.
